FAQ
Yes! We will travel for your special event, extra charges depending on mileage and time to time location. Please contact us for more information.
To reserve your date & time we require a $100 deposit, which will be credited to your final balance. The balance is due 5 days prior to your event.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date, fully refundable until 14 days prior to your event date. No refunds will be issued on deposits for cancellations made 14 days of the reserved event date. You may choose to use your initial deposit for a future event or order within 1 year.
We accept cash and all credit cards. We will email a detailed invoice of your services/order. Normally you can pay invoice via mobile or desktop.
Our carts need a 4’x6’ space. If your event is at an upper floor please ensure access to an elevator. If stairs exist as an entry way please make sure there is a ramp available.
As we are a mobile cart, we can setup and take down on location quickly. We request access to event site 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. The setup and take down is included in our packages and there are no additional charges or fees.
Great question! No, our paleta carts run on dry ice and no power source is required. This allows us to setup our delicious treats anywhere.
Yes! We can add your theme or business logo. However, please note that there is an additional fee for customization, and we would require a minimum 14 day notice to accommodate your request.
